Billy's Balloon

I was watching "The Animation Show" with Don Hertzfeldt's cartoons. My favorite will always be "Billy's Balloon." It made me think of an old friend. I'm not sure if it was the simplicity of his drawing style or the fact that he made balloons terrorize and beat up small children (Hertzfeldt--not my friend).
